Asclepius does not need to come to us in our dreams ...

»Exchange of knowledge across the globe but it is my patients from whom I learn the most«

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Heinrich Resch

In my medical career as a specialist for intestinal and bone diseases, I have been able to gain comprehensive experience both on the national and international level.

Experience from which my patients profit from the very start in the admission interview, in the anamnesis, in further diagnostics and in therapy. My medical expertise, based on treatments of thousands of patients, has been incorporated into numerous publications and scientific studies. To practice patient-oriented medicine is my greatest concern.

Medical intuition, combined with experience, assist me in attending to the patient’s individual needs and in never stopping to learn from all of my patients. The complexity of intestinal disorders and diseases of the bone, above all, as an immunological organ, is my medical focus to which I have been dedicated for 35 years.

My medical expertise is included into teaching as well as training of future doctors at several universities both in Austria and abroad.
